How are you different from a regular gym trainer?

We see ourselves as lifestyle trainers that help with all areas of well being. Between us we can look after Strength and Conditioning, Nutrition, Fitness as well as Flexibility, Mobility, Mindfullness, Yoga and Massage.

Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?

If you sign up to a training schedule our nutritional advice is included.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

Our highly specialized gym allows you to not worry about your own equipment and rely on us for all your needs.

How often should I train with you?

This is dependant on your motivation. We tend to find 2 sessions a week with some of your own work schedule by us is ideal.
